TORONTO — Each summer, June kicks off a across Ontario.
The construction sector is no exception. Companies, associations, workers and the like celebrate Pride Month in a variety of ways.
But the month-long celebrations are just one component. Inclusivity, diversity and equality are characteristics that should be exhibited by people across jobsites and workplaces all year-round and in perpetuity.
The industry has come a long over the years, with more leaders, employees and workers stepping up to make everyone feel welcome and accepted.
