TORONTO – Toronto police are reporting a worker has died following an industrial incident in the Toryork Drive/Weston Road area of the city.Â
Police were called to the scene around 8:20 a.m. Early reports indicate a concrete slab fell on a worker at the site.
The male worker was pronounced dead on scene. There were no road closures as a result of the incident.Â
The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate.
